Challenge
The online platform e-lotto.be of the National Lottery needed a mobile version. As many as 30% of the players were visiting e-lotto.be via smartphone or tablet, but the website wasn't optimised for this.
Solution
We developed a mobile app for e-lotto. All online games were translated into a single simple mobile design, without losing their own look and feel. The final result emerged from a series of co-creation sessions where all of the functionalities were rethought, developed and tested. In the first 2 months the e-lotto mobile app had over 12,000 players, a figure way above the target.
